MIAMI (May 24, 2017) – Chayanne®’s new video “Qué Me Has Hecho” featuring Wisin premieres today on his VEVO channel and digital music platforms.
The video, helmed by Venezuelan director Daniel Durán (Pitbull, Lil Jon), was filmed on a Universal Studios Orlando lot that was made to resemble the busy streets of Brooklyn, including kids playing basketball, street vendors and crowded cafés. A signature Chayanne® video, it also highlights movement and rhythm as key elements. From beginning to end, this video captures all of the positive energy that this Puerto Rican singer-songwriter shares with his millions of fans.
The audio of “Qué Me Has Hecho” is available from all digital-music stores and it’s the first single from his forthcoming 19th studio album.
Chayanne® and the urban-music great Wisin serve as co-writers and co-producers on this song, whose words make it clear that when one is sure of himself, neither oceans nor borders can keep the protagonist apart from his loved one. As the lyrics in Spanish say: “I had to climb the Nevado del Ruíz, scale the city walls of Cartagena, just for you my dear.”
A fusion of pop, tropical and urban styles, “Qué Me Has Hecho” features Chayanne’s signature brilliance in delighting fans across generations with lyrics that are both sweet and seductive.
Chayanne is busy in the studio, working on additional tracks for his forthcoming album. It’s his first release since En Todo Estaré (2014), which has been certified multi-Platinum in many territories.
