TURF releases video to their single, “La Cancion Del Supermercado”

THE ROCK GROUP ARGENTINA, TURF, LAUNCHES THE VIDEO OF THEIR NEW SINGLE “LA CANCIÓN DEL SUPERMERCADO” AND PREPARES A TOUR BY MEXICO

turfsupermercadoAfter several days of mystery that was generated with film trailers and clips released in their social networks, the Argentine rock group, Turf premiered the music video of their new single “the song of the supermarket.” Filmed in a field in Cardales, Buenos Aires, the video was directed by Gonzalo Llamas Sebesta and co-directed by Mariano Franceschelli (Los Auténticos Decadentes). The clip shows the vocalist, Joaquín Levinton, traveling in a hot air balloon, with a commanding view, going to a meeting with the band playing in one of the most incredible natural landscapes of Buenos Aires.

Turf is one of the flagship bands of Argentine rock. After a creative hiatus, the group reconvened in 2015 featuring two new songs: “Kurt Cobain” and “La canción del supermercado” which quickly came to dominate the charts of radio in Argentina. Both were composed by Joaquín Levinton and produced by Coti Sorokin.

No doubt, Turf is on of the the bands most popular and influential of rock in South America at the moment.

In late October, the group will tour Mexico, which will begin October 29 in Playa del Carmen and will continue on November 3 in Monterrey. On the 4th, the band will be special guest in Mexico City to open a concert for No Te Va Gustar. Other shows include Puebla and Ecatepec.

Turf is formed by Joaquín Levinton, Leandro Lopatin, Nicolás Ottavianelli, Carlos Tapia and Fernando Caloia.
