The Latin American Music Conference is returning to New York City to celebrate its 16th year on July 7-11.
During the conference, some of the freshest and brightest talent will be in the line-up of acts performing. Inside the Highline Ballroom in Chelsea, on July 8 and 9th, there will be two different showcases featuring the acts of like Ceci Bastida, Gepe, Buscabulla, Maria y Jose, Diamante Electrico, Callate Mark, Centavrvs, Nicole, Torreblanca, Mr. Pauer, Alvaro Diaz and Pedrina y Rio.
Beside the conference, LAMC features free concerts in various cities in parks around New York, as well as private events at iconic venues around the city that includes industry panels and Q&A’s with special guests.
At Central Park’s Summer Stage, the LAMC will present an eclectic line-up on various days featuring Compass, Helado Negro, Systema Solar, Vicentico, Ximena Sariñana and No Te Va Gustar. Then again in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park with a free show featuring Bajofondo, Los Autenticos Decadentes, and ASTRO. In addition, another show at the Lincold Center where Spanish indie-rock band Triangulo de Amor Bizarro will perform.
